The data controller of your personal data is OFFF EVENTS, S.L. (hereinafter, "OFFF EVENTS"), with N.I.F. B-67457788 and registered office at Carrer Galileu 177, Baixos, 08244, Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain.

This Privacy Policy governs the access to, and use of the Website made available by OFFF EVENTS to Internet users (hereinafter, the "Users") interested in the content (hereinafter, the "Content") and services (hereinafter, the "Services") offered by OFFF EVENTS through the Website.

OFFF EVENTS recommends that Users carefully read this Privacy Policy and follow the following recommendations to ensure a safe and informed use of the services offered:

The User shall be responsible, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided, with OFFF EVENTS reserving the right to exclude from the services any User who has provided false data.

Any modification or update of the data must be communicated to OFFF EVENTS through the communication channels provided in this Privacy Policy.

The User's personal data will be retained for as long as their OFFF account remains active for the purposes for which the data was provided, unless the User revokes their consent or requests deletion of their account or data. Subsequently, OFFF EVENTS will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.

OFFF EVENTS is committed to fulfilling its obligation of secrecy and confidentiality regarding personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

OFFF EVENTS will respond within one (1) month from receipt, extendable for two (2) months in particularly complex cases.

Users may lodge a complaint with the relevant Supervisory Authority if they believe processing is not in accordance with regulations.

OFFF EVENTS has taken all measures within its reach to prevent misuse of your data, allowing access only to authorized personnel.

OFFF EVENTS maintains adequate security and uses technical means to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of your data.

However, users should be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

OFFF EVENTS will not transfer Users' personal data to third parties, except when legally permitted or strictly necessary for service provision.

  • The User interacts with an exhibitor or sponsor through LeadScanner
